А чем лучше работают ? На декабрьскую у нас нареканий не было, а что изменилось в апрельской ?

логи с драйвера есть, там ничего особенного: очередная команда - на неё нет ответа (похоже на перезапуск) и далее касса переходит в ступор.

А вот драйвер принтера на ФР-01Ф поставили старенький - 26oct2016
Как-то раньше они работали без нареканий.

подключи к ПК по USB и будет счастье...проверено... и пофиг какие прошивки

техподдержка штриха на прошивки принтера ссылается:

В ЛК ЦТО были обновления этих прошивок для плат при доработке, во многих подобных случаях это решало проблему зависания ККТ при работе с УМ
Так же режим низкого потребления желательно не включать, во всяком случае тестировать нужно при значении 0
